Return & Refund Policy

 

Digital Download/eBook Return Policy


ReadNursing does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads (eBooks). eBook codes that have been emailed to a customer or made available to download will not be refunded. This is due to the fact that once a code has been sent, it cannot be returned.

Physical Product Return Policy

ReadNursing has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the item is marked as delivered to request a return. (Not all items are eligible to be returned.)


For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, and unopened (in the same condition that you received it). It must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *Products that were delivered shrink-wrapped must still be shrink-wrapped.

To start a return, you can fill out this Contact Form. In the message box, please be sure to include:
• Order Number
• Item(s) you would like to return
• Reason for the return

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back to ReadNursing without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Restocking fees may apply.

Exchanges


Exchanges are not typically allowed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but contact us if you need help.

Damage and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact ReadNursing immediately if any item is defective, damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if you are missing any item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, a reasonable amount of time has passed and ReadNursing cannot resolve the issue.

Refunds


Once your return has been received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If you paid for shipping on your order, and then decide to return the order, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified via the email you used to place the order.

Sales Adjustments 


If you missed a sale, be sure to look out for more to come! 🙂 
Orders that are placed outside of the time of the listed sale cannot be canceled, returned, or adjusted to receive the sale price. The only exception to this rule is for orders that are placed on the same day of the sale. If an order was placed on the same day of a sale and the sale price was not applied to the order, the price of the order can be adjusted upon request to reflect the sale price.
